Elegant private dining table setting

Private Dining

The table as a singular experience.

No two tables are the same.

The people, the occasion, the setting, the season—each changes what the meal should be. I approach every private dining experience individually, creating food that belongs to the moment and the people gathered around it.

The Approach

Every private dining experience starts with a conversation.

I want to know who is coming to the table, what we're celebrating—or not celebrating—what you love to eat, what you don't, and how you want the evening to feel.

From an intimate dinner for two to a gathering of 100+, I create each menu specifically for the people I'm cooking for. Season, setting, dietary needs, personal preferences, and the rhythm of the occasion all inform what ends up on the plate.

My approach is rooted in fine-dining technique, but the experience is distinctly personal. The goal isn't to bring a restaurant into your home. It's to create something that could only have happened at your table.

Beyond the Menu

A private dining experience is more than what lands on the plate. I consider the entire table, the entire experience — sourcing, dietary needs, pacing, beverage pairing, elevated service, presentation, and all the small details that make an evening feel effortless.

Every choice is considered. Every detail belongs.

Your attention belongs with your guests. Mine is on everything that brings an evening together.

The Experience

Designed for the Occasion

An intimate dinner for two. A milestone celebration. A weekend with friends. A gathering for one hundred. The scale may change; the attention to the experience does not.

Built Around the People

Menus begin with the people at the table—their tastes, dietary needs, traditions, curiosities, and the way they want to eat.

Handled from Start to Finish

From menu development and sourcing through preparation, service, and the final details, the experience is designed so you can be fully present for it.

No two tables are the same. Every detail is considered.

Every engagement begins with a conversation.
